Quick chocolate Brownie
This needs no introduction. This is a feast for all the chocoholics. Yes..I am in the list.
I am going to show you the eggless version without the use of an oven. You can make it in the conventional oven also. Since it is a quick chocolate Brownie, I am making it in a pressure cooker to speed up the process; hassle free.
Here, i have used dark chocolate shavings you can either use dark chocolate bars or chocochips.
I haven't used any extra essence or sugar. As condensed milk contains sugar and dark chocolate contains sugar and some flavour.
It's lots of chocolate with some nuts thrown in. They call it Brownie. But I call it "Pure Indulgence"
Ingredients:
1. Dark chocolate: 1 cup+ 1/2 cup
2. Milk: 1 cup
3. Fresh cream: 3 tbsps
4. All purpose flour: 1 cup
5. Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
6. Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
7. Condensed Milk: 1/2 cup
8. Chopped nuts: 3 tbsps.
Preparation:
Sieve the all purpose flour or maida along with the baking powder and the baking soda.
Chop the nuts. You can take cashews, almonds or walnuts.
Preheat the pressure cooker by spreading about 200 gms of salt in medium flame for 10 mins.
Procedure:
1. Take the dark chocolate shavings in a bowl. Pour warm milk over it. Mix till chocolate dissolves completely.
2. Add the condensed milk and butter. Mix.
3. Add the sifted flour and nuts.
4. Pour into a greased dish and bake for 25 to 30 mins on low flame.
5. Insert a knife in the centre of the cake. If it comes clean, your cake is done.
6. Pour hot chocolate ganache and serve.
7. To make chocolate ganache, heat the fresh cream and pour it over 1/2 cup of chocochips. Mix well till smooth. Your chocolate ganache is ready.
