Sweet corn Muffins

Today, I am going to teach you 'sweet corn Muffins' These are different from the usual muffins as these aren't sweets, but savouries. This for people who love to eat spicy, tasty yet healthy go-to food!
Here, I have used wheat flour, maida (all pufpose flour) and less butter.
Some of you must be wondering...will it taste good? Believe me, it is very tasty and light for the tummy. Very ideal for tiffin boxes and a good picnic snack. It's easy to make and you don't have to spend hours in the kitchen.
You can make 25-30 muffins with these ingredients.
Come, Let's make muffins..
Ingredients:
1. Whole wheat flour: 140 gms
2. Maida: 140 gms
3. Curds: 1cup
4. Milk: 1/2 cup
5. Sugar: 2 tsp
6. Salt: 1/2 tsp
7. Cheese: 1 cup
8. Sweet corn: 3/4 cup
9. Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
10. Herbs: 1 tsp
11. Baking Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
12. Butter: 40 gms.
Preparation:
Powder the sugar. Grate the cheese.
Mix all the dry ingredients and sieve them.
Mix all the wet ingredients.
Preheat the oven at 190℃ for 10 mins.
Procedure:
1. Mix all the wet ingredients. Add all the dry ingredients gradually.
2. Mix gently. Add herbs of your choice. I have used oregano. You can put cumin seeds or coriander leaves or just mint.
3. The mixture should be of flowing consistency. You can add more milk if required.
4. Put the corns and grated cheese. You can use either cheddar or mozarella cheese.
5. Put a spoonful of the mixture in the muffin moulds.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Insert a clean knife and check whether the cake is baked or not.
7. Garnish with cream cheese if you want to. But this is optional.
8. Serve with masala chai and see the magic.
