Sorbet

Holi is round the corner and you people must be thinking of novel ways to treat your friends and family with exotic stuff. What better way than to treat your loved ones with fresh fruits!!
You must be wondering what's so special about serving fresh fruits? You can make fruit salad, fruit chat, fruit juice...what else?
Today i have come up with a refreshing recipe to beat the heat.
Believe me, this is one of the best ways to serve fruits. You can make sorbet with any fruit of your choice, like papayas, strawberries, musk melons and even watermelons.....
Today I am going to teach you water melon sorbet and Banana sorbet!! Yes.. you heard it right; Banana sorbet... sounds weird right? But its taste is just as refreshing and enjoyable! Come, let's enjoy summer with these healthy sorbets.

Ingredients:
1. Water melon: 2 cups
2. Condensed milk: 2 tbsp
3. Bananas: 3 nos
4. Peanut butter: 2 tsp

Preparation:
Deseed the water melons and cut into medium sized cubes. Slice the bananas and freeze them separately.
Freeze them for about 3-4 hours. You can store them in the freezer.

Procedure:
1. Take out the frozen water melons from the freezer.
2. Put them in the freezer along with the condensed milk and beat till creamy.
3. Serve immediately.
4. You can store the sorbet upto one week. Beat once in the mixer before serving to get creamy sorbet.
Banana sorbet:
1. Take out the frozen bananas.
2. Beat them in the mixer or blender till creamy.
3. Add peanut butter and mix well with a fork. Garnish with chopped walnuts or chocochips and serve immediately.
