Paneer shawarma rolls
Shawarma rolls is a very popular middle eastern dish, usually stuffed with thin slices of chicken and vegetables wrapped in pita bread.
My take on shawarma rolls is easy to make and yummy for the tummy.
I am using thin slices of marinated and roasted paneer along with vegetables and tahini sauce. You can serve with all time favourite tomato and cucumber salad with some pickled turnips.
Instead of pita bread, I'm using whole-wheat chapati or roti. You can use pita bread if you want to.
