Spicy Ajwaini sticks

Hi Friends!! Happy Deepavali to you all
Today i am going to teach you a different savoury which is very easy to make and very tasty.
This tastes like Namak paras or the popular Kata Nimkis of Kolkata. But i have made a few changes. Hope you like them.
There is nothing to prepare in this. You can make it for your guests or for your picnics or simply for your loved ones. This will be a sure hit!!
Come let's make spicy ajwaini sticks.

Ingredients:
1. Maida: 2 cups
2. Fine semolina: 1/2 cup
3. Gram flour: 1/2 cup
4. Ajwain: 2 -3 tsps
5. Asafoetida: 1/8 tsp
6. Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
7. Cashews: 2 tbsps
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil for frying.
10. Ghee: 2 tsp
Procedure:
1. Mix all the flours and ghee.
2. Add all the other spices, salt and mix well
3. Add enough water to make a stiff dough
4. Keep covered for 30 mins
5. Make equal sized balls and make thick
    rotis out of it.
6. Cut them into 2" long pieces
7. Fry them in hot oil till crisp.
8. You can drizzle some chat masala if you
     want to. Serve with tea or coffee.
