Mixed vegetables Jhal fry This recipe is my version of the very popular vegetables jalfrezi. Many people have the assumption that north Indian food is full of garam masala, thick gravy, lots of ghee, butter..But what you get in restaurants are not always authentic. They definitely make changes to suit the local palate. This is a semi dry, tasty and healthy subzi. This is best suited for phulkas. This is one of my all time favorite and a quick fix i can say.
