We can make at home easily with only "Two" ingredients. This is peak summer time and a feast for mango lovers. You can get varieties of mangoes now. And this is the time we prepare varieties of pickles, jams and preserves out of mangoes. Today, I am going to teach you the easiest recipe of mango jellies which is loved by all, without using any chemicals or preservatives because, sugar acts as a preservative and of course the sunlight. This lip smacking recipe needs no introduction. Onion samosas are slightly different from the regular samosas. No, it is not just about the filling but there's a south Indian touch to it. There is nothing like a hot samosa with a piping hot cup of coffee or masala chai with your favourite novel on a rainy day. I call this pure indulgence..what do you say? Come, let's make onion samosas. Ingredients: 1. Onions: 5-6 nos 2. Samosa patti or pastry sheets: 20 sheets 3. Cumin powder: 1 tsp 4. Coriander powder: 1 tsp 5. Red chilli powder: 1 tsp 6. Fresh coriander: one small bunch 7. Poha: Half cup 8. Oil for deep frying. 9. Salt to taste. Preparation: Take thick variety poha and make a coarse powder. Thinly slice the onions. Aren't you tired of making the same sweets again and again and became too predictable when someone recognises you as the coconut laddu wali aunty?! Jokes apart, today i am going to teach you the yummy Pista Burfi with very less ingredients and it is a quikie! Chalo sabka muh meetha karte hain! Ingredients: 1. Pistachios: 1/2 cup 2. Milk powder: 1 cup 3. Sugar: 1 cup 4. Cardamom powder: 1/4  tsp 5. Clarified butter or ghee: 2 tsp Preparation: Coarsely Powder the pistachios. Slice 5-6 pistachios and keep aside for garnishing.
