Special Dry fruit Laddu

Hi foodies! Diwali is round the corner and you guys must be thinking of making this Diwali special by preparing new sweets, right? If your answer is yes! You have come to the right place. Because today i am going to teach you a special sweet which is easy to prepare and very delicious. Come on friends, let's start making Laddus. Happy cooking!! Ingredients: 1. Mava or Khova: 1cup 2. Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup 3. Dried Rose petals: 2 tbsps 4. Chopped dry fruits: 1/2 cup 5. Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp 6. Milk powder: 2 tbsps Preparation: Clean the rose petals, dry them in the sunlight or microwave for 30 secs. Store them in an airtight container. Chop the dry fruits of your choice. I have taken almonds, cashews and pistachios. Dry roast them and keep aside. Procedure: 1. Fry the mava in a non stick pan on a      low flame. 2. Shahi Pulao and Cholar dal

This is a Bengali speciality prepared during During Durga Puja. Because it is that time of the year, when only Niramish or pure vegetarian food, without onion and garlic is served. Bengali food is mildly spiced and light for the tummy. This pulao is relished with Cholar Dal; another Bengali favourite. You can team it up with the hugely popular Jhuri bhaja or alu bhaja.
