Spicy Macaroni

Hi friends! Almost all kids like Macaroni. It's a perfect evening snack for the kids. It's definitely a better option than the instant noodles. You can buy wheat macaroni which is healthy also. You can put many vegetables and make it more healthy. As this is a very simple dish, even kids can prepare easily. And it's a perfect Tiffin box recipe also. Come on friends! It's Macaroni time!! Ingredients: 1. Olive/ sunflower oil: 2 tbsps 2. Tomatoes: 3 medium sized 3. Macaroni: 200gms 4. Vegetables: 1 cup(chopped) 5. Sweet corn: 2 tbsps 6. Onions: 2 nos 7. Oregano: 1 tsp 8. Chilli flakes: 1 tsp 9. Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsps 10. Salt and sugar to taste. Preparation: Remove the skin and chop the tomatoes. Chop the veggies. I have used sweet corn, baby corn and capsicums. Boil the macaronis in salt water, drain out excess water and keep aside. You can serve four people out of these ingredients. You can put garlic along with onions and you can use grated chee

Hi Friends! A Happy children's day to all the lovely kids out there. Whatever we do, we just want to see a smile on our children's face. This recipe will surely make our children smile. This is not only for the young but the young at heart too. This recipe is very simple to make and with less ingredients. Friends, what are you waiting for, come let's make smileys. Happy cooking!! Ingredients: 1. Potatoes: 5-6 medium sized 2. Corn flour/Rice flour: 2-3 tbsps 3. Bread crumbs: 2 cups 4. Red chilli powder: 1 tsp 5. Oil for frying 6. Salt to taste. Preparation: Boil, peel and mash the potatoes nicely. Add bread crumbs and cornflour to make a Stiff dough. Procedure: 1. Mix salt and chilli powder to the mashed     Potatoes. You can add oregano. 2. Make thick chapatis with the potato     mixture. 3. Cut rounds using a cookie cutter or a     Steel cup. 4. Make eyes using a plastic straw. 5. Make smiley mouth using a spoon. 6. Fry in hot oil over low heat

Spicy Ajwaini sticks

Hi Friends!! Happy Deepavali to you all Today i am going to teach you a different savoury which is very easy to make and very tasty. This tastes like Namak paras or the popular Kata Nimkis of Kolkata. But i have made a few changes. Hope you like them. There is nothing to prepare in this. You can make it for your guests or for your picnics or simply for your loved ones. This will be a sure hit!! Come let's make spicy ajwaini sticks. Ingredients: 1. Maida: 2 cups 2. Fine semolina: 1/2 cup 3. Gram flour: 1/2 cup 4. Ajwain: 2 -3 tsps 5. Asafoetida: 1/8 tsp 6. Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp 7. Cashews: 2 tbsps 8. Salt to taste 9. Oil for frying. 10. Ghee: 2 tsp Procedure: 1. Mix all the flours and ghee. 2. Add all the other spices, salt and mix well 3. Add enough water to make a stiff dough 4. Keep covered for 30 mins 5. Make equal sized balls and make thick     rotis out of it. 6. Cut them into 2" long pieces 7. Fry them in hot oil till crisp. 8. You can drizz
