Paneer Sandwiches

Hell Friends! Happy Holi to you all!! Today, I want to show you a party snack which is easy to prepare and quite healthy. You can make this for birthday parties, kitties and just like that. As this is a holi recipe, I have used many coloured vegetables. You can add boiled sweet corn or whatever you feel like adding. Ok friends, let's start cooking. Ingredients: 1. Bread slices: 10-12 2. Onions: 2 nos 3. Capsicums: Total 1 cup(Red, green and        yellow variety) 4. Grated Paneer: 1 cup 5. Grated cheese: 1/2 cup 6. Green mint chutney: 2 tbsps 7. Sweet or tamarind chutney: 1tbsp 8. Tomato ketchup:  2 tbsps 9. Butter: For roasting the bread 10. Chat masala: 1 tsp 11. Sev: 3-4 tbsps Preparation: Slice the onions and capsicums to 1" long thin slices. Greate the cheese and paneer. Prepare green and sweet chutney. Make bread roundels. You can add boiled corn and tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients except Tomato  ketchup and sev. Mix gently. Procedure: 1. Ta
