Alu Methi Matar

Hi foodies!
It's been so long since I posted some recipe.
I got inspired by fresh green peas in the market.
Alu methi matar is a simple and a popular dish. This is my version of the recipe.
Enjoy this yummy subzi with rotis.

Ingredients:
1. Potatoes: 250gms
2. Green peas: 250gms
3. Fenugreek leaves: 1cup
4. Red chilli powder: 1tsp
5. Turmeric: 1tsp
6. Maggi magic masala: 1packet
7. Oil: 2tbsp
8. Cumin: 1tsp
9. Lemon juice: Juice of one lemon
10. Salt to taste.

Preparation:
Dice the potatoes. Finely chop the methi
leaves.

Procedure:
1. Take oil in a pan. Put a tsp of cumin 
    seeds. Add potatoes, peas and mix well
2. Add methi leaves, salt, turmeric and
     red chilli powder. Fry for a minute.
3. Add one cup of water and cook till 
    soft. 
4. Put maggi masala powder and finely
   chopped fresh coriander.
5. You can put a blob of butter for a 
    richer taste. Serve hot with pooris or 
   rotis.
