Kadhai Aloo

Hi foodies!
Today I am going to teach you a yummy and easy Aloo subzi. Which can be eaten with phulka, thepla or plain rotis. This is a good vrat ka khana as it has no onions and garlic.
Ok friends, let's start cooking!
Ingredients:
1. Potatoes: 500gms
2. Tomatoes: 2 nos
3. Oil/ Ghee: 2tbsps
4. Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
5. Red chilli powder: 1tsp
6. Slit green chillies: 2 nos
7. Cumin: 1 tsp
8. Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
9. Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
10. Salt to taste.
11. Lemon juice: 1 tsp
12. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Preparation:
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Make a coarse powder of cumin, coriander and fennel seeds.

Procedure:
1. Take oil/Ghee in a pan. Put the potatoes
2. Fry for a minute. Add turmeric and salt.
3. Sprinkle some water. Cover and cook till
    Soft. Add the chilli powder, tomatoes and
    the ground masala powder.
4. Put off the stove. Garnish with fresh
    coriander leaves and serve with roti of
    your choice.(you can put a tbsp of ghee
    for added taste and flavor)
